Terms of Service
XFactorAI · Effective 21 August 2026
By using Yes you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The service
Yes is one account that gives you access to a set of tools ("modules"). Some modules are free and some require a paid subscription. Which modules you can use depends on your plan.
Your account
Give accurate information, keep your sign-in secure, and you're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at ceo@xfactorai.com if you suspect misuse.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid modules are billed in advance per your plan and renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you create. You grant us the limited licence needed to process it and deliver the service (including sending it to AI providers to generate your results).
AI outputs are drafts, not professional advice
Modules use AI to help you think, draft, and decide. Their outputs are starting points you must review, not professional advice. In particular, nothing in Yes is legal, financial, tax, or medical advice — for those, consult a qualified professional. You're responsible for how you use any output.
Acceptable use
Don't use Yes for anything illegal, don't abuse or attempt to break the service, and don't scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer it.
Disclaimers & liability
Yes is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, XFactorAI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Termination
You can stop using Yes and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at XFactorAI's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with an updated date.
