Yes is one account that gives you access to a set of tools ("modules"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions: ceo@xfactorai.com.
What we collect
- Account — your email address, used to sign you in and reach you.
- Your content — what you create or enter in the modules (drafts, notes, documents, chats).
- Usage & diagnostics — which modules you use and basic technical logs, to run and improve the service.
- Approximate location — city/region derived from your IP address (we don't read device location).
- Entitlements & billing — which modules you've subscribed to. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we don't store card numbers.
How we use it
To provide the modules and generate your results, to keep your account secure, to handle billing, and to improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.
AI processing
To produce outputs, your content may be sent to AI providers (such as Anthropic) that process it to return a result. We do not use your content to train our own models, and our providers do not use it to train theirs on our behalf.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us run Yes (hosting, AI processing, payments), under contract, and where required by law. Each module processes only the data needed for its function.
Storage, security & retention
Data is encrypted in transit and protected by access controls. We keep your data while your account is active and delete it on request (below).
Deleting your account & data
You can delete your account and content at any time from within the app, or by emailing ceo@xfactorai.com from your account address with the subject "Delete my account". We remove your email, your content, and your usage records, and confirm when done.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Email us and we'll help.
Children
Yes is for adults and not directed to children under 16.

We'll post any updates here and change the effective date above.
